The Gender pay gap research

What is meant by gender gap?

The gender gap is the difference between women and men as reflected in social, cultural and attitude. personally, think that this should not be like this because it is unfair. The way I feel is that they should not be getting less money because they are at home because they have kids and sometimes they can't work because the kids are with Women are generally considered to be paid less than men. Men can go to work and not always worry about there kids and where and how to pick them up from places . The gender pay gap can be a problem from a public policy perspective even when the reason for the gap is entirely voluntary because it reduces economic output and means that women are more likely to be dependent upon welfare payments, especially in old age.

The gender pay difference starts in childhood
As was researched by the guardian there’s a difference even between the amounts of pocket money parents give to boys and girls. Boys are paid around 15% more than girls for fulfilling the same tasks.

I think this is wrong we need to stop it!
