I have been up Mount hikurangi for a hike with the year 5 and 6s for camp. It was so cooled and frosty up there all you could see was clouds.
Kia Ora Kate,
ReplyDeleteThis is Charlotte from the Summer Learning Journey, and I am happy to see that you are participating in the teaser week activities. I really enjoyed reading your pepeha and liked how you included many different pieces of information.
I saw that your mountain is the Hikurangi mountain, this is such a beautiful mountain and I was wondering whether you have ever hiked it before? I love hiking and walking and am always looking for new places to hike.
I was wondering if you could think of any ways to expand on your pepeha? Maybe you could include your awa (river) and iwi (tribe)?
Ngā mihi nui
Charlotte
Thanks for the feed back Charlotte
