Watching the grass grow - science project
This is the science fair today. I have been growing grass for the last month named recording the data and making notes on how the grass grows.I named my science project - watching the grass grow. Here are some facts about cows usually find a place to lie down and then they re-chew their food – this is called chewing their cud. Cows peurfure longer grass because they can then wrap their tongue around it and move it inside there mouth. Can't wait until I hear my results for the science fair
I will keep you posted !!
Matariki slide
This is mine and Bellas Matariki slide
Here are some facts that we learnt
- The reappearance of the seven Matariki stars, in late May or early June, signals the beginning of the MΔori New Year. ...
- Matariki is a star cluster, not a constellation.
- You can see Matariki for yourself
- Matariki is one of the star clusters nearest to Earth.
- I really enjoyed Matariki so I can't wait until next year and hopefully, there are changes that have been handed out to people
